On the forehead of the Ganesha, you will see that there is an eye, Third eye – which looks like the third eye of Bhagwan Shiva.
In his four hands, Ganesha holds – a lotus, Modak (laddu), axe and rosary.
You will also find both sides of Ganesha- “Riddhi” & “Siddhi” – goddesses signifying prosperity, Victory and riches. And it is because of these deities, the temple is called the Siddhivinayak Ganapati Temple.
